Item for Sale: Proffitt’s Shipping Container 19’ L X 8’ W
The Clearfork Utility will be taking sealed bids. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing person’s name who is placing bid, contact information and bid amount. SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY must be plainly marked on the outside of envelope. All bids must be received by 1:00p.m, April 13, 2026. Bids received after the specified opening time will not be considered. Bids may be dropped off at the utility office, at the water plant or mailed to P O Box 63 Clairfield, TN 37715.
Proffitt’s Shipping Container may be viewed at the water plant 115 Rogerston Road between 10:00 am and 2:00 p.m., April 2, thru April 10, 2026.
ITEM SOLD AS-IS. No Warranties
Proffitt Shipping Container must be removed by April 17, 2026 and picked up only during the Clearfork Utilities normal business hours unless other arrangements have been made. The Clearfork Utility is not responsible for damages or liability if any should occur.
Payment: must be made by Cash, Cashier Check or Money Orders.
The Utility MAY REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
