Exciting news! The Oregon Department of Human Services is bringing our foster care and resource family pages together to make it easier for you to find the information you need. And the best part? You don’t need to take any action! If you’re already following this account, you will automatically become a follower of the new account.

In the meantime, you may notice some aesthetic changes. Plus our account name will be changing to Foster.Oregon.gov. This change will allow us to merge our pages together without losing followers. Don’t worry – it’s still us!

We’re excited to have one central place to continue bringing you information about services and supports that can help all you current and soon-to-be resource families. Stay tuned for more updates and thank you for being amazing supporters of our mission to serve resource families and children in foster care in Oregon!

Fostering Pride will be held on April 16th from 6-8pm.

Fostering Pride is a virtual event, put on with the help of Unicorn Solutions and ODHS, this event offers a no-pressure introduction to affirming care and first-hand accounts from Resource parents and youth that have experienced foster care.

It's that time of the year again!

We will be hosting our annual Resource Parent appreciation night on Monday, May 6th! Please reach out to your certifier by April 15th to RSVP.

Do you have any children in your home interested in horses? We have the event for you! Echo Ranch will be hosting a special event where kids can interact and learn about their horses. There will be horse rides & painting, photo booths and crafts!
If you are interested in joining, please RSVP to the number below by April 6th. :)
