Galloping Angels Rescue and Sanctuary (GARS) is a nonprofit 501(c) charitable organization (Tax id #: 01-0975880) founded in 2010 to address the needs of many small equine that end up at auction or with owners that are no longer able to provide adequate care for their small equine. GARS works to rescue, rehabilitate Miniature Horses and other Small Equine including cases of neglect, dwarves, the el

derly and unwanted. GARS works closely with a few veterinarians and farriers to give the horses their best chance at a great life. GARS has a long-term goal of assisting owners in times of need, including natural disasters.

The new pony and mini. The mini is completely blind in one eye and ALMOST blind in the other eye. The pony is a founder case that appears to be in remission. Both pony and mini are between 25 and 27 years old.
