Meals on Wheels by ACC-Serving Sacramento County Seniors

We're thrilled to announce that Meals on Wheels is BACK at the Crosswoods Community Center, located at 6742 Auburn Blvd! 🏡✨ Join us every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00am to 1:00pm for nutritious meals and warm camaraderie.

With Meals on Wheels, seniors can count on more than just a delicious meal. 🍽️🥕 A registered dietitian carefully plans and prepares each dish, ensuring it's not only tasty but also nutritionally balanced, empowering seniors to maintain their independence. 💪 Plus, our dedicated staff and volunteers go the extra mile, providing daily social contact and monthly nutrition insights. 🤝 We're also here as a valuable resource for community services. Participants can make reservations in advance in person or by calling (916) 801-7378.
