Ollie is still with us. His labs came back and he is indeed in kidney failure, so the suspicion is a urinary stone. Or something metabolic that we still don’t understand as it could be many reasons. The prognosis is not good without surgery. Given his age vet does not recommend. So we are on borrowed time I am afraid. He is not in pain and still spends the majority of his day with his friends. Prayers are always appreciated 🙏🏽😌

Prayers for our Ollie 🙏🏽🐐
Ollie has not been sick since the day we rescued him from a burned out trailer in Cocoa Beach over 10 years ago. His sister and mom had perished and the police had him tied to a tree contacting us. So we picked him up and he sat on the backseat of the truck looking out of the open rear window:)
I have never seen Ollie not eating. He was happy and waiting at the fence last night as usual. He removed himself from the herd, doesn’t want food and is laying down. It’s hot day so I will be with him and make sure he gets hydrated. He is alert and perks up but something is off❤️‍🩹 prayers are appreciated.
*** with momma sitting there he had some twigs of greens and 3 tums, and I saw him p*e, this evening I’ll let him out on the pasture, let’s see 🙏🏽 ***
