On Monday morning, you may see a lot of emergency response presence, buses, and people walking close to Circleville City Schools. There is no emergency. It is important for our schools to practice so they know what to do if they ever do need to act.

Join us in helping our friends at the Circleville City School District spread the word on the importance of school bus safety.

Keeping our kids safe is a team effort, please slow down, stay alert, and watch for school buses, especially when lights are flashing.

Let’s all do our part to protect our Tigers!

🚌 It’s School Bus Safety Week at Circleville City Schools!

Through our partnership with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, we’re excited to send home a special handout with important safety tips for our Tigers and their families.

As our buses are out on the roads each day, we ask our entire community to stay alert, slow down, and pay special attention around school buses. Together, we can help keep all of our Tigers safe—on the bus and beyond! 🐾

On February 21, Sergeant Fox was honored by the Sons of the American Revolution with both the Law Enforcement Commendation Medal and the Medal for Heroism.

These awards recognize his actions during a recent call for service involving a suicidal female armed with a firearm. Through calm professionalism, advanced training, and effective communication, Sgt. Fox was able to safely de-escalate the situation and bring it to a peaceful resolution without injury.
