The Gregg-Crites Octagon House

After a very long battle in doing everything possible to save and preserve our history in Circleville Ohio finally hard work pays off. Today begins the very first steps of a very first project on The Gregg-Crites Octagon House. The chimney's will be completely restored to a brand new finish. We would like to thank our still newly President Tommy Gill his team FYNDING PARANORMAL and the entire board of Round Town Conservancy as well as all the volunteers who has helped and supported us during this journey who has not given up. Also the community thanks so much. This is just the beginning more to come.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who came out for our very first OCTA-CON! We had a great time!! A big thank you to our special guests and good friends...... Verona Ghosts, Northwestern Ohio Paranormal Investigators, and 27 Spirits! Can't wait until next year!!! 🙂🙂

We will be selling tickets for an investigation with Verona Ghosts after the Con.
Admission is $20 which includes access to the inside of the house!

OCTA-CON 1
This is our very first OCTA-CON at this amazing historical building! This is a paranormal convention that includes not only spooky stuff but a little bit of everything.

We will have Paranormal teams, local businesses including Josh Honeycutt, (Cult Classic Tattoo) a local tattoo artist setting up with some horror and true crime memorabilia, horror crafts, and a few oddities. Rumor has it that he MIGHT be bringing his hearse!! We will also have some food vendors, raffles, and a surprise or two. We are having an investigation after the Con with our special guests Verona Ghosts (more information soon)

Admission to OCTA-CON is $20 and includes a tour of the house. Free on-street parking is available.

Vendor spaces are $20 {bring you own tables, chairs and canopies. Vendors may start setting up at 9am.

Check out Hauntings of Ohio! They visited and filmed an investigation at the Octagon House on May 11th, 2026. This was an amazing investigation! These guys were so respectful not only to our team, but to our spirits as well! We can't wait for them to come back again!
