SuperSeeds SuperSeeds is a non-profit organization with a mission to disrupt the pipeline to prison for youth.

Super Seeds is a non-profit organization that provides alternative resources for school discipline with a focus on developing youth socially, academically and economically. We focus on three areas:

(1) Child: Taking at-risk youth and providing them with the skills needed for Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Leadership & Entrepreneurship. (2) Teachers: Providing support to teachers by te

aching De-escalation Skills for the classroom and assisting in the communication with parents. (3) Parents: Providing parents with specific steps on managing school conflicts, anger management and connecting them with community support for the betterment of their children. Koddi Grider - Ambassador for SuperSeeds! In the 9th Grade he was brought out of the school in handcuffs and ordered to come to SuperSeeds! Now he is Graduating - Class President and is planning to attend college.

This work doesn't happen alone.

At our Breakfast with SuperSeeds, we were reminded of something we never want to take for granted — the partners, sponsors, and community leaders who show up alongside us, every single time.

We honored Sheriff McGuffey and her staff for being essential pieces of the puzzle we're all building together.

And we heard from two young ambassadors — Koddie Grider and Elizabeth Baumgardner — who are proof that when a community unites around its youth, transformation is possible.

It was a packed room full of influential people who care about our youth and our commuity.

We're still glowing about the success of our Breakfast with SuperSeeds at the The Cintas Center at Xavier University! It was everything we hoped it would be and more.

You can still reserve your seat but do it NOW! We'd love for you to be our guest at the Cintas Center next week.

We're gathering to celebrate our youth, share our wins, and pull back the curtain on what's coming next for SuperSeeds in 2026. You'll hear from youth who've been through our Transformation Camp and come out on the other side with higher grades, better attendance, and a whole new outlook on their future.

Plus you'll get to hear from our FANTASTIC community partners. If you are looking for connections in our city, in addition to doing good, this is a great place to be.
