With the cozy days of Fall around the corner, it’s time to make room on your shelves for new reads! Give your books a new home at Cincy Friends, where your donations support our libraries, strengthen our community, and help our planet. When you donate your gently used books, games, and puzzles, they’re given a second life 📚🧩and the proceeds from our sales fund programs at local library branches. Items we can’t resell are recycled whenever possible, ensuring they’re put to good use in another form ♻️✨.

📦How to Donate:
-Small quantities (1-5 small bags/boxes) may be donated during regular shopping hours.

-Larger quantities (3 or more large boxes/bins) are accepted on Wednesdays from 10am until 2pm at the garage doors on the Hillsdale side of the Warehouse. Please do not bring large donations during shopping hours as we do not have the personnel to handle them during these times.

-Have a truck load of books to donate? Please contact our Donations Coordinator at [email protected], or (513) 369-6035 to coordinate the best time to drop off your items.

Here , we are remembering the legacy of Dolly Parton with gratitude for her dedication to literacy. Her dream of providing books to children through her Imagination Library has delivered more than 2 million books to babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in Hamilton County through partnerships with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.

When children outgrow their gifts from the Imagination Library, those titles often become part of our collection. 📚 Dolly’s books are ready for a new home, and every purchase supports our public library to help Dolly’s dream live on. 💕
