They also work for employers looking for the best candidates by posting openings, applicant recruitment and screening services, at no cost to the employer. Every day, OhioMeansJobs connects business, government, and community into a collaborative unit by creating a more ski

lled and better trained workforce. The collaboration results in more successful employers, increased tax revenues generated by new or better jobs for previously unemployed or underemployed individuals, and improved social services through reduced reliance on public assistance. Aiding dislocated workers and individuals with barriers to employment is of the highest priority at OhioMeansJobs. Veteran services for veterans and their families and on-the-job training accounts are especially important. Through a variety of services, OhioMeansJobs is able to help Hamilton County veterans, dislocated workers and other residents find fulfilling work.
