Founded in 1978, Meadowbrook Care Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 150+ beds located in Montgomery (Cincinnati), Ohio. We provide temporary respite stays, short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs & services. 🎶💙 Our residents were treated to a wonderful musical performance by local students!

The talented musicians filled the room with beautiful music, bringing smiles, applause, and plenty of enjoyment to everyone in attendance. We are so grateful for these young performers who shared their time and talents with us.

We were so excited to welcome Tyler back for a visit! Tyler was a resident with us in 2025, and it was great to see him doing well and thriving back in the community.

Our residents and staff enjoyed catching up and sharing smiles. Ms. Desy might be his favorite! 😄
