Thank you to 2024 FDIC Keynote Speaker and Fire Chief Scott Thompson for joining us at Union Township Fire Department to present his “The Functional Fire Company” program.

This training brought together like-minded fire service leaders from across the Tri-State area, all committed to professional growth, self-improvement, and becoming better leaders for their organizations.

We appreciate Chief Thompson sharing his experience, perspective, and passion for the fire service. The lessons from this program will have a lasting, positive impact on our departments and the communities we serve!

This intensive one-week program covers topics such as basic drill and ceremonial movements, church and casket protocol, flag etiquette and honor guard commander leadership training.

Captain Matt Losee - 25 years of service
Captain Greg Deems - 20 years of service

Firefighter/Paramedic Jon Milligan - 20 years of service
