Head Start (HS)/Early Head Start (EHS) prepares children ages zero to five for success in life and school. Cincinnati-Hamilton County Head Start serves all of Hamilton County. HS/EHS services are provided through 32 child care and private home providers, as well as direct services through the Life Learning Center, the Theodore M. Berry Center, and 4 new locations, which include: Head Start Discove

ring Minds, Camp Washington, Millvale and Winton Campus. HS services are also offered through our two delegates:
