Today, while working on a job in Geneva, I met this gentleman and we struck up a conversation. During our chat, I learned that he is a veteran.

As I was getting ready to leave, I realized it was lunchtime, so I asked if he would like to join me. It was my honor to buy him lunch and spend a little more time getting to know him.

Never forget those who have served our country. If you have the opportunity to help a veteran, take it. A simple act of kindness can mean more than you know.
