Exciting things happening!

Friday, veteran banners will start being installed along 33 through town. 🗓️🇺🇸

A huge, huge thank you to Shambaugh & Sons and their crew of volunteers for donating their time and equipment to make this happen! Also, to an anonymous donor for paying for all the poles that the banners will be hung on. 🙏🏗️🎁

Greetings fine residents,
Happy Wednesday! I will be flushing hydrants next week. 20th thru 25th. I’ll stay in Thresher/ Turtle Meadow all day Monday. Tuesday I will finish up section 1 then move to the other sections. Hydrant schedule is set up just like the leaf schedule.
Reminder on mowing! Everyone should have received a note on their bill.
Junk day is April 23. Please have everything out night before. They start early!
If you live on a Douglas, Weston or Conway. We will be back to fill in holes, plant grass and any other item that needs tended too.
I won’t comment on this post, so if you have questions, please call 693-0551 or stop by 215 Home Ave, Town Hall.

This week’s Town Council Meeting Agenda

Good news! Our bank and software company have resolved the issues we were having with the utility ACH payments. If you signed up for ACH (and had not paid the March bill yet), your payment will be coming out of your account by Friday, March 27th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This is the first month we have attempted to do ACH payments and the first attempt to process ACH payments has come with its hiccups. We are actively working with our software vendor and our bank to resolve it.

Payments are expected to be processed by the end of the week, so please monitor your bank account and ensure sufficient funds are available. Please be assured that no penalties will be applied as a result of this delay.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
