Chula Vista Neighborhood Watch Chula Vista Police Department offers Neighborhood Watch to all citizens in the communities we serve. Neighborhood Watch has been around since the late 60's.

We urge citizens to join us in partnership and formulate watch groups to learn crime prevention strategies, share information and stay informed. In Chula Vista we strongly believe in the effectiveness of Neighborhood Watch, and feel it's still one of the best ways for neighbors to work together with law enforcement to combat crime in their neighborhoods.
