Howard Gardner Community School was founded on the principles of Howard Gardner, and his Theory of Multiple Intelligences. We seek to provide students the opportunity to develop skills in different Intelligences through electives such as: music, journalism, theatre, crafts, dance, yoga, robotics and more. The teachers also strongly adapt their teaching styles to differentiate for each child in a c

lassroom that offers a low teacher to student ratio. Our rigorous and progressive curriculum, coupled with highly-skilled teachers, administration and staff helps to foster student success on a daily basis, and with long term goals of college readiness and career success in mind. We promote the character traits of passion, imagination, adaptability, perseverance, courage, self-awareness, and curiosity.
