Our community partners at the U of I Extension are hosting these amazing classes. The first one is Tuesday, May 19th.

We are doing a "Preserve Your Harvest" presentation where we will cover the basics for gardening, water bath canning, and pressure canning. Reed is doing the gardening part, and Abby and Jen will do the canning part. The class is free!
