The use of this site shall comply with the City's approved Social Media Policy. City officials and personnel are required to comply with the approved City Social Media Policy. City representatives shall refrain from responding to any published postings, or from using the site to respond to, blog, engage in serial meetings, or otherwise discuss, deliberate, or express opinions on any issue within the subject matter jurisdiction of the body. The City reserves the right to implement or remove any functionality of its social media sites, when deemed appropriate by the City. On April 30, 2023 at approximately 11pm, Chad Hinesley, was shot and killed in the City of Chowchilla. This is an open and ongoing case and we are asking anyone with information, please come forward and help us bring justice to Chad and his family.

Every person of a homicide like this and their family, deserve to have justice for their loss.

This city belongs to all of us and most importantly, YOU! A crime like this should never happen here. Anyone who commits a crime like this, should be held accountable!
