Hey CMS! Let’s finish the home stretch of
☀️ Summer ☀️ with a reading challenge -Jacket Style and a chance to win cool prizes!

How to enter:
1. Print or save this reading challenge to your device (hard copies will be available in the CMS library).
2. Complete at least three challenges listed.
3. Turn in a completed challenge form with your name, grade, and Advisory teacher to Mrs. Armstrong in the library.
4. Be entered into a drawing for your chance to win!

All entries are due by Friday, August 29.

BONUS: Have your parent/guardian post a picture or a selfie of you reading with in the comments on this post! You’ll get a bonus entry and a chance to be featured on a slideshow!

💙 Join us for a fun and informative morning at Camp Charlie, where students will learn everything they need to know about navigating middle school!

💛Students will have the opportunity to tour the school, meet their counselors, and enjoy games while getting to know their future classmates.

🐝Parents: While students are busy exploring, you’re invited to attend Parent Academy with the CMS principals, held at the same time.

💙6th Grade Open House: 10:30 AM — following Camp Charlie 6th graders will be able to meet their teachers and drop off school supplies.

We are excited to announce that our LEGO Learning Camp will be returning for its third summer! Camp will be July 7-11, 2025, at Westfall Elementary from 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Congratulations to our Media Specialist, Mrs. Cramer and Media Assistant, Mrs. Wall, who are both moving on to the next chapter in their lives! They have both served 37 years in education! Happy Retirement!

Due to the heat, umbrellas will be permitted to be open until the ceremony begins at 7pm. They will be searched.
