Happy Friday everyone!
Tomorrow, Saturday May 9th is not only fishing opener, but also the annual Stamp Out Hunger Postal Food Drive😀
Chisholm PO participates in this annual fundraiser with the assistance of myself and the volunteers of the CFS.
We will be out grabbing donations tomorrow morning-afternoon so just place a bag of nonperishable food items by your mailbox.
We appreciate your participation in this incredible event and we kindly ask that your donations not be out of date.
There will be volunteers at the Chisholm Food Shelf from 10:30am-12:30pm or so if you would like to drop off your donations.

The week got away from me, but I don’t want to pass up the opportunity to give a HUGE shout out to our AMAZING & DEDICATED volunteers in honor of National Volunteer Week. 💜
The CFS would be nothing without each and every volunteer who shows up and serves! Every one of them are an incredible blessing to CFS and are appreciated more than words could ever express 💓

Ready to help letter carriers across the nation ?
Just leave your nonperishable food donation by your mailbox on Saturday, May 9, and your letter carrier will take care of the rest. All donations stay right in your community, helping stock the shelves of local food banks and pantries.

❤️Thank you to all who participated!❤️

🎉Wow🎉 The Sheila Kne Memorial Sock Hop not only was a great time, but the associated Food Drive was a raging success! Over 300 people attended this year, and donated 282 lbs of food along with $200.00 to the Chisholm Food Shelf! Thank you so much to Chisholm Community Ed for partnering on this event with us and helping to make it so great in so many ways! Thank you again to all of our volunteers, and THANK YOU for showing up big and supporting our community!

Greetings everyone.
I wanted to share with you the income guidelines that Chisholm Food Shelf operates under. As you can see, the income eligibility is provided on this basic intake form.
If Ruby’s Pantry was a food resource that you depended upon or utilized regularly, perhaps we are able to assist you. If you are seeing this information and live in a different area, it is likely that your local food shelf operates under these same guidelines.
We are open for distribution April 9th (today) and April 16th from 11am-3pm. We do NOT require an appointment to shop.
If you need to make an appointment to shop, please call 218-254-0045 and leave your name and phone number so that I can call you back and make arrangements with you.

Ciri stopped by to give us the money and some items that were collected from the students (and staff I suppose) at Chisholm High School. It was $652 and 4 pounds!

❄️Due to the weather, our Wednesday looks a little bit different today ❄️
We will not be there today as planned so please don’t drop by with donations.
We will be there Thursday, February 19th from 10:30am-3pm.

Greetings local community members:
We could use your help with a few food items that weren’t available on our shopping list this month.
*Canned chicken (either size cans)
*Canned soups/meals
(We do have tomato soup and cream of chicken soup, as well as ramen noodles.)

We will be there Wednesday, February 18th and Thursday, February 19th. Drop off any time between 10:30 AM and 3 PM.

Thank you so very much for the INCREDIBLE support during November when the need was there to fill some shelves! You are the best community ever and we appreciate you all❤️

Thursday, January 22, 2026 is forecasted to be very cold, however, we WILL be open for distribution 11am-3pm. We have full shelves 🙌🏻
