We are looking for an Office Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide excellent customer service and provide assistance to our Administrative Team. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our Company will stand out. We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing and loves working with people. A positive attitude is a must. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave satisfied. Experienced in the office/administrative environment helpful.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers
Answer phones
Coordinate with the Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Look up order status
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Skills:
Understanding of Computers and general use of computers
Basic math skills
Experienced with Quickbooks
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Flexibility to work extended hours if needed
Licenses:
California Class C driver's license, Clean driving record (Insured)

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
High School Diploma
