Congratulations to the 7th-12th Grade Zane Trace Marching Band on a great performance at the Ross County Fair on Monday, August 10th. They have been putting in a lot of work throughout July and have had a great start to their season!

They would like to invite everyone to breakfast on Saturday, August 15th at the ZT Sausage Booth (7am-2pm) and to their Car Wash on Sunday, August 16th by Steak 'n Shake (10am-2pm). Portions of all proceeds will go towards replacing their current marching band uniforms, yearly operating costs, and their next Florida trip.

Their next big event is the 15th Annual ZT Band Boosters Car and Bike Show held at Zane Trace High School on Saturday, August 29th. The 7th-12th Grade Marching Band will perform at 12:30pm. They will be serving great food and have activities for kids of all ages.

We are pleased to inform you that the Zane Trace Local School District will once again participate in the Community Eligibility Provision for the 2026-2027 school year.

What does this mean? All students enrolled in the district can receive a breakfast and lunch for FREE every day during this coming school year!

An initiative through America 250 Ohio, fourth graders (during 2025-2026 school year) and up to three guests or family members can gain free admission to participating Ohio museums and historic sites from July 1-31st. See the link below for more details.

🎉 Congratulations to two of our outstanding Pioneers! 🎉

We are proud to recognize 4th grader Jo Wertman for earning a perfect score in Math on the Ohio State Tests and 5th grader Lorelei Crago for earning a perfect score in English Language Arts on the Ohio State Tests! They were recognized at the June board meeting last night!

Achieving a perfect score is an incredible accomplishment that reflects hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. We are so proud of Jo and Lorelei for representing Zane Trace with such outstanding achievement.
