🚨🚨UPDATE: he has been located. Thanks for your assistance🚨🚨

Please keep an eye out for Roger. He is 84 years old and was last seen at approximately 5pm on Stillwater leaving an assisted living facility. He is most likely confused. He was last known wearing a plaid outerwear top.

We have multiple agencies looking for him and are wanting to locate him and return him home safely.

If you see him please notify us immediately at 309.274.2129.

CHILLICOTHE PUBLIC WORKS WILL BE WORKING ON A WATER MAIN IN YOUR AREA ON 8/10/26. WORK WILL START AT 8:00 AM. WATER SERVICE WILL RETURN BY 3:30PM. IF YOU EXPERIENCE LOSS OF WATER OR LOW WATER PRESSURE THE AFFECTED AREAS WILL BE UNDER A BOIL ORDER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
