Looking for a stable career with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and real opportunities for long-term growth? The Grady County Jail is currently hiring dedicated individuals to join our team as Detention Officers.

No experience? No problem. We provide the training you need to succeed in a vital public safety career.

💰 What We Offer:
Starting Pay: $17.20 – $22.50 / hour

Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid health coverage for employees (plus employer contributions toward dependent coverage)

Retirement: State retirement plan contributions

Time Off: Generous paid time off, including separate vacation and sick leave accruals

🗓️ The Schedule:
12-hour shifts (Day or Night shifts available)
