As the Trump regime blocks patients from accessing health care, Illinois is investing $4M to ensure Planned Parenthood can keep providing lifesaving care. Thank you Governor JB Pritzker and Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton for standing with patients and providers.

The money will go towards contraception, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment and cancer screenings.

Great to see our Carbondale abortion clinic partners highlighted in this story. We’re proud to be a part of the Illinois abortion ecosystem that’s protecting and expanding access for anyone who needs it.

Carbondale, Ill., a liberal enclave within driving distance of 10 states with abortion bans, has become a hub for the procedure. Last year there were nearly 11,000 abortions in this city of 21,000.
