*Education & School: Impose a moratorium on school closings and charter school openings until a neighborhood-based, strategic plan is developed

*Use TIF surplus dollars to supplemen

t the CPS budget to prevent layoffs and closings.

*Promote sustainable youth employment to build city's work force and reduce the pipeline to prison.

*Keeping home owner in their homes.

*Re-establish public mental health clinics to administer help to those in need.
