The People Being Missed
Traditional housing systems were designed around a narrow profile: consistent employment history, conventional credit behavior, documentation that maps cleanly onto bureaucratic expectation. These benchmarks were not designed to exclude but in practice, they do.
People who structurally qualify for housing are being missed, not because they lack stability, but because their stability doesnโt translate into the language that gatekeeping systems speak.
They have income.
They have community.
They have capacity.
It arrives in forms the system was never built to read.

Housing is not a backdrop to that question.
