We're celebrating all of the amazing girls & women athletes on this 🏒🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️ ! At the Chicago Park District, our Girls Day of P.L.A.Y. initiative strives to expose the next generation of women athletes to a wide variety of sports. Registration is open for the next event, which takes place on Feb. 17 at 22 parks. Girls ages 6 to 12 will have the opportunity to compete, socialize & exercise their creativity with arts, athletics & team building activities.

In 2025, over 2,500 girls participated in Girls P.L.A.Y. initiatives, including summer camps, and two CPS days of non-attendance. Follow the link in comments to register.
