Focusing on individualized, high quality instruction, Tiger Tutor is an ACT and SAT tutoring service based out of Chicago that’s dedicated to helping students achieve their academic and collegiate goals. We work closely with both students and parents, providing unique study plans and curricula for each person based on the individual’s specific needs. We also offer these services at an affordable r
ate (50% lower than most national, for-profit companies), allowing students to better enhance his or her individual success. Here at Tiger Tutor, our goal is to make learning both fun and engaging while maintaining the discipline and rigor of traditional “tiger moms.” We help our students not only reach their individual goals but also go above and beyond them – because we’ve done so ourselves. Our current team of advisors includes graduates from some of the nation’s top schools, including the University of Chicago and Cornell University, as well as Fulbright and Gates Millennium Scholars. Tiger Tutor is a program run by Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA), an over 35-year- old community-based social services agency with offices in Chicago and Elgin.
