Founded by LaCoya Harris in 2017, IIMPACT began as a college career placement and entrepreneurship training initiative. We have since evolved into a dedicated child welfare agency, focused on creating a meaningful impact in the lives of youth involved with the state and juvenile justice systems. Our mission at IIMPACT is to uplift boys who have faced trauma by providing them with love, a sense of belonging, guidance, and crucial resources. We strive to create a safe environment for healing and personal growth, empowering these young individuals to transform into confident, self-sufficient adults. Anchored in our faith, we are committed to supporting those in need during life’s most challenging moments.

Our first I-impact group home is finally complete, and soon we’ll be welcoming children into their new home. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to transform this building into a place of hope and support, dedicated to serving our community.
