Are you facing a housing issue? The Northwest Side Community Development Corporation, in partnership with LCBH, is offering free one-on-one legal advising for Chicago tenants.

Legal support may be available for issues including:
• Eviction notices
• Illegal lockouts
• Unsafe or unlivable conditions
• Utility shutoffs
• Lease disputes
• Landlord harassment and other serious housing concerns

Looking to build a career in the construction industry? HACIA’s General Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program is now accepting applications!

This free, grant-funded 16-week program is open to Illinois residents and provides training designed to help participants transition into registered apprenticeships and other construction career opportunities.

✅ Requirements: 18+, Illinois resident, high school diploma/GED/HiSET, and English proficiency
✅ Earn OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR & NCCER Core certifications
✅ Stipend awarded after completion
✅ Training options begin October 19 or October 26, 2026
📍 St. Augustine’s South Campus, 2610 W. 25th Pl.

Space is limited, and registration is required.
