The Cook County Board of Review will accept assessment appeals for properties located in Lake, Orland, Palatine, Schaumburg, and Thornton Townships from January 5, 2026 through February 3, 2026.

Property owners are encouraged to review filing requirements and submit appeals online at https://appeals.cookcountyboardofreview.com/.

My office will be hosting community outreach events across the district to assist taxpayers in filing their assessment appeals. You can visit our website to learn more.
