SparkGLX SparkGLX is an alliance of community, government and private organization working together to provide workforce management solutions throughout North America.

How does our alliance work? We will help veterans identify thier skills and match them with companies who
are hiring NOW. We will help you navigate the application process and prepare you for a
successful interview. We will work with you and the hiring partner to set expectations and
obtain a pre-hire letter. We will work with community colleges and training facilitie

s to ensure you
meet the terms of the pre-hire letter. Once the terms of the pre-hire letter are met we will get you working! We will continue to work with you to identify new goals, secure training for
additional skills so you can continue to move up the ladder
