Englewood Political Task Force

Englewood Political Task Force Englewood Political Task Force is an organization formed in 2003 to address social, economic, and political empowerment in Englewood We say no more.

Since 2003 EPTF has been responsible for placing young black men and women on over 850 construction related jobs with an average hourly wage of 28.50 per hour. The thought was if the economic level of a community is up, then crime and violence will be low. We believe in the social, economic, political and educational empowerment of the Englewood community and other underserved communities of color

throughtout the Chicago area. We also believe that we must have controll of all aspects of our community. For the last 25+ years Englewood has been controlled by city hall and outside entities. We have the drive, determination, and intelligence to decide and control our destiny. We shall and We will!
