I’m honored to have earned the trust and support of the voters of the 12th District. I promise to fight every day for them and for all the people of Cook County who need someone standing up for them in these turbulent times.

This campaign has always been about the people of Cook County and the challenges we face. As a working mom, raised by a single mom who worked hard to make ends meet, this fight has been deeply personal. I know what it means to face out-of-control cost increases, to fear that the water my children are drinking isn’t safe, and to want government to step up to help working families face such challenges.

Thank you to every volunteer, neighbor, supporter, friend, and family member who believed in this campaign and helped make this moment possible. I look forward to finishing the job and winning over the support of voters in the general election this fall.

With the 2026 Primary Election complete, the 39th Ward Democratic Party wanted to thank all of the Election Workers at each of the Polling Locations who helped make sure every voter was able to make their voice heard!

Here is a photo of the amazing Election Judges at North Park Village who administered in person Early Voting for the 39th Ward.

We also want to thank the 39th Ward Democratic Party volunteers (Dean, Fred, Judy, Mary Ellen, Ray, Pam, Carl, Vittorio, and George) for helping to deliver coffee/donuts and pizzas for the more than 200 Election Judges serving in the 39th Ward on Election Day!

With USPS changing its policy on when it postmarks mail ballots, your best bet is to drop off your mail ballot at any Early Voting site. Early Voting locations will be open March 2 through March 16, Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Early vote hours are:
Mon- Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Reminder for Vote By Mail voters: USPS has updated its postmark guidance. They now recommend mailing your ballot by March 10, or requesting a manual postmark at the post office.
