Whoop, there it is! Another amazing session of the Future Ties Podcast Network, “Future Voices,” through After School Matters has officially come to a close for the spring season.

Our teens showed incredible growth in communication, confidence, teamwork, and learning the many roles behind podcast production. Watching them find their voices and step into leadership has been inspiring, and we are excited to see what’s next for these Future Voices!

A special thank you to our amazing team for staying the course through some challenging days, your dedication, patience, and commitment made it all worth it. 💪👏

Thank you to every resident who stood in solidarity, showed courage, and chose to be part of the change. Your presence matters more than you know.

This is how it starts, step by step, block by block. With unity, purpose, and commitment, we are building something stronger together. And with God’s favor over our community, we believe real change is not only possible, it’s already happening.

Celebration was in order for Horace Mann Elementary, it was their 100 year anniversary! STEM Saturdays + Easter Joy! ✨

Our 2nd Saturday of STEM was full of creativity, learning, and celebration!

Our students dove into a fun painting project while also receiving additional tutoring support to strengthen their academic skills. Seeing their creativity come to life was truly amazing!

To top it all off, in the spirit of Easter, our students were all smiles holding their Easter baskets—a beautiful reminder of joy, renewal, and community.

At Future Ties, we’re creating spaces where our youth can learn, express themselves, and be celebrated every step of the way.

Friday, at Future Ties, we brought health, education, and community together under one roof.

Families came out strong as our children received dental screenings, adults checked their blood pressure, and everyone had the opportunity to learn through our nutrition workshops focused on building healthier lifestyles from the inside out.

This is what our work is about, not just programs, but equipping families with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive.

Every child left with a smile and a dental kit, but more importantly, every family left empowered with tools to take charge of their health and well-being.

At Future Ties, we are committed to strengthening families through education, access, and community connection, because when families are healthy, our communities are stronger.
