The Chicago Police Department’s Gang Investigation Division recovered multiple fi****ms and more than $4 million worth of suspected narcotics during a six-month investigation that concluded earlier this month.
This investigation focused on narcotics being trafficked in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. As part of this investigation, officers served a search warrant on January 10, 2026, at the residence of a convicted felon involved in the narcotics trafficking.
During the search, officers recovered various suspected narcotics with an estimated street value of $4.3 million, five fi****ms and approximately $54,000 in cash.
The convicted felon, 36-year-old Travis Taylor, was arrested and charged with:

▪️ One felony count of Manufacture 900+ Grams of Ecstasy/Analog
▪️ One felony count of Manufacture/Delivery of 30+ Grams of Ketamine/Analog
▪️ One felony count of Manufacture/Delivery of 100
