Genevieve Melody STEM School Pre K-8th Grade Welcome Back Melody STEM Braves! Here are a few protocols that will be put into place this year. HOMEWORK IS GIVEN DAILY! Tillman and/or Ms.

I hope you all had an enjoyable, safe summer off, and are ready to get started on completing another successful school year! We have A LOT of work to do, and I know that everyone (students, parents, teachers, Administration) is on board to help all students perform to the best of their abilities! I need everyone to abide by these new procedures so that the building can run safely and smoothly. Our

School Time is 7:45-2:25
Breakfast is served from 7:15-7:45. Please enter/exit through the Lunchroom door
Parents, please make sure your children line up at their designated classroom spot by 7:40 unless there is inclement weather. Students will be dismissed as follows:
115, 114, 113, 112, 111 dismiss from their classrooms and must be signed out. 110 students are to be signed out and dismissed from Door 7.
202, 204, 205, 206, 210, 302, 304, 305, 307, 308, 309 dismiss out of Door 7.
211, 212, 213, 214 dismiss out of Door 1. Homework Logs will be distributed weekly by teachers. Parents, please sign off on your child’s homework each night and make sure your child brings their log back to school. Office Hours to meet with Ms. Miller will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:45-1:45. The vision of the Genevieve Melody STEM School is to create an environment that will produce literate, socially responsible and respectful citizens. We will establish a safe nurturing, child-centered environment, and STEM culture based on respect and shared decisions. When students graduate from Melody STEM School, they will enjoy and value academic enrichment. They will be able to compute efficiently, understand what is read, as well as speak and write in order to communicate successfully.
