I was proud to join Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, Commissioner Kevin B. Morrison and Cook County Commissioner Maggie Trevor, fellow elected officials and community leaders for yesterday's Pride Month press conference.

It was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, recognize the progress that has been made and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring every resident is treated with dignity and respect. Thank you to the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus for a wonderful performance that made the event even more special.
