People's Community Development Association of Chicago Home of the Philemon Restoration Project The People's Community Development Association of Chicago, Inc.

is a Faith Based 501c3 Illinois Corporation which was birthed out of the People's Church Of The Harvest Church Of God In Christ in 1999. PCDAC's Board of Directors is committed to fulfill charitable and community development covenants, by providing benevolent services for those who have social, economic and spiritual needs. PCDAC currently offers a Custodial and Building Maintenance Training, Basic Computer Training, Life Skills Training, Job Placement Program and Affordable Housing.
