On August 5th come and visit Southwest Chicago Homeless Services at the "Pop-Up" Taste of Chicago being held at Marquette Park. We are asking our friends and neighbors to please come out and support us. We will have door prizes and other goodies. Hope to see you there!

Our Mission

A community endeavor which recognizes the dignity, uniqueness, and goodness of all people, Southwest Chicago PADS is compelled by the gospel challenge to feed the hungry and minister to the poor. We seek to:


  • Provide meals, clothing, and referrals for additional assistance to persons who are homeless;

  • Prevent homelessness in our community by providing immediate referral assistance to persons facing a housing crisis;

  • Make the wider community aware of the plight of people who are homeless and the need for advocacy on their behalf.
