Noticing, being with the ending of the day, welcoming the coming of the night. Sit with the beauty of this transition, sit with the soft fascination of the setting sun, the glistening water, the gentle sounds of nature.

How do you come back to center when life is life-ing? The forest may be able to help you! A deep bow of gratitude to all who joined this morning’s forest therapy session. Hello! Here in the Midwest, the Fall colors are arriving! Soon the woods will be popping with yellows and oranges, reds and caramely-browns. Already the Earth is preparing for a bit of a rest and in the process showing off the beauty that comes with the Autumn season.

This morning we took to the woods to welcome in the start of the Autumn season. It was a joy and a pleasure to be with a beautiful group of Forest Bathers, taking in the atmosphere of the forest. Thank you to all who joined and thank you to the beautiful forest that welcomed us.
