Today is Community Giveaway Day at Family Focus Englewood!🎁

Festvities are happening now until 3 p.m., (or while supplies last) for free clothing, shoes, baby supplies, and other essential items for families and individuals in our community.

In partnership with HelloBaby Chicago, we are proud to create a space where neighbors can access resources, connect, and feel supported.

Please come out, bring a friend, and help us spread the word.

Roots Aurora is back, and we cannot wait to celebrate with our community!

Join Family Focus Aurora-Kapur Center on **Friday, September 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.** at **Downtown Aurora’s Water Street Mall** for **Roots Aurora: Celebrating Our Cultures**, a free family event filled with music, dance, art, children’s activities, local vendors, and community connection.

This annual celebration is all about honoring the rich cultures, traditions, and stories that make Aurora such a vibrant place to live, grow, and belong. Bring your family, invite your friends, and come celebrate the history and culture of Aurora with us.

What does it mean to leave a legacy?

For longtime Family Focus Board member and donor Judy Block, it meant carrying forward something she cared deeply about: giving children the opportunity to thrive.

By including Family Focus in her estate plans, Judy created a legacy that will continue to strengthen children and families for generations to come.
