True to Life Foundation is looking for it's next Superstar Team Member.
We are looking to fill the following position- (Parent Educator & Case Manager.)
Parent Educator
**Support a caseload of 24 families with children ages 0-3 years by providing parenting education, child development assessments and resource referrals
* Assist in the facilitation of monthly parenting socialization groups
** Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood, Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or related field required!!
** Driver's License and working automobile required
** Work hours- Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Case Manager/Home Visitor-
* Support other team members with the creation and upkeep of a resource binder
* Manage the team's Diaper Bank with the assistance of other staff members
*Support a caseload of 15 families with children ages 0-3 years by providing parenting education, child development assessments and resource referrals
** Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood, Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or related field required!!
** Driver's License and working automobile required
** Work hours- Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
