September 8th, 7:30AM - A Red Flag Warning is in effect for portions of southeast Wyoming on Tuesday from 12 PM to 8 PM. The combination of gusty winds and low relative humidity will lead to critical fire weather conditions. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

September 7th, 11AM - There is a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) for severe weather this afternoon for portions of the area along I-80 in the Nebraska Panhandle, from Kimball to Sidney. Damaging wind gusts may be the primary hazard in the strongest storms. Most of the showers and storms will not be severe, but an isolated severe storm cannot be ruled out.

Sept. 6th, 3PM - Another warm week is expected, though a weak cooling trend will drops temperatures a few degrees Monday through Wednesday. Precipitation chances decrease Monday and Tuesday, with elevated fire concerns returning as early as Wednesday afternoon. Very warm temperatures start to return Thursday with dry conditions expected through the end of the week.

September 5th, 2PM - There is a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) for severe weather both this afternoon and Sunday afternoon for portions of the area along and east of I-25. Large hail and damaging wind gusts will be the primary hazards with the strongest storms this weekend. Most showers and storms this weekend will not be severe, but an isolated severe storm cannot be ruled out.

September 4th, 4PM - Here’s a look at the forecast for next week! Warmer temperatures will continue each afternoon with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will cool off nicely into the 50s and 60s most mornings. Breezy conditions are possible west of the Laramie Range on Monday and Tuesday before winds decrease. Isolated to scattered precipitation is possible each day, with the lowest chances on Tuesday.
