Wyoming Children's Trust Fund Welcome to our page! Vision: WY children will thrive in healthy families and strong communities.

We at Wyoming Children's Trust Fund & Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming are working towards prevention efforts in Wyoming to promote child wellness. Mission: Coordinating prevention efforts in Wyoming to prevent incidents of child neglect, emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Wyoming Children’s Trust Fund (WYCTF) was established in 1994, W.S. 14-8-101 through 108, to provide funding for the prevention

of child abuse and neglect. Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) serves as the fiscal agent for the Governor appointed board. There are five Governor appointed members, one designee from DFS, one designee from Wyoming Department of Education, and one designee from Wyoming Department of Health. In 2020, WYCTF hired two state employees to perform the operations of the board. For more information, or to make a donation, please contact:
