WSSC Contractor, IWPC, to Perform Lining and Grouting Work in the 3200 Block of Cheverly Hills Court

WSSC contractor, IWPC, will perform lining and grouting work in the 3200 block of Cheverly Hills Court. Work is scheduled to begin on Friday, June 12, 2026, weather permitting. Inclement weather or unforeseen conditions may delay the project and extend the work schedule.

Please observe all posted signs in the area. IWPC will have traffic control signs and flaggers in place, as needed, to guide traffic safely around the work zone. No road closures are anticipated at this time.

Town Contractor, VMP, to Perform Concrete Sidewalk Improvements in the 2800 Block of Parkway

The Town's contractor, VMP, will perform concrete sidewalk improvements in the 2800 block of Parkway from Wednesday, June 10, 2026, through Friday, June 12, 2026, weather permitting.

During construction, portions of the sidewalk will be unavailable for pedestrian use. Temporary parking restrictions will also be in effect, and "No Parking" signs will be posted in the work area.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these improvements are completed.

Inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions may delay the project and extend the work schedule beyond June 12, 2026. The Town will provide updates if significant schedule changes occur.
