The President Judge has once again ordered all Allegheny County Courts, including Magisterial District Court 05-3-03, CLOSED, for TUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2026 because of weather conditions.

Note that Arraignment Court will remain open for Emergency PFAs.

If you were scheduled to having a hearing Today, January 26, 2026, or Tomorrow, January 27, 2026 in 05-3-03, you will receive notification of your new hearing date.

Happy Constitution Day 🇺🇸

238 years ago today, the oldest written constitution was adopted by the Constitutional Convention meeting in Philadelphia. It wouldn’t become ratified until June 21, 1788 and became effective in March of 1789.
