Yesterday was our Harry Potter Day and our most successful event. It was a great day starting with Mr. Drew and His Animals too, Scot Grassette and his excellent Magic and ending with DJ Beets with Potter Trivia. We had excellent food homemade baked beans , hot dogs and mc and cheese for lunch. Concessions of Butter Beer, Cider, Popcorn with souvenir buckets and delicious cupcakes.We also had one vendor who braved the cold outside to sell beautiful bejeweled spiders and other jewelry. Thank you for all who made this day possible Laura Fissette for decorating the cupcakes along with her g to andkids who helped decorate. Mike Lee and Holly Freeman who ran the kitchen and prepped lunch along with Holly's son Tyler who also helped set up. Wanda Souke for setting up, cleaning up and ru ning the popcorn machine which was very popular. Kentucky and Conley Gould Jr for selling raffle and show tickets. Kate Whitmore for her trivia and Amanda Clark from Spider Queen Creations for her beautiful booth. I would also like to thank Kaylene Huff of Lillian de Jarden who donated 5 pairs of earrings to our raffle.

Our "Harry Potter" day is Sunday October 9th at the CHESTERVILLE TOWN OFFICE there will be several different shows going on throughout the day.

MR DREW AND HIS ANIMALS TOO ⭐ 10 AM
MAGIC 101 WITH SCOT GRASSETTE ⭐1 PM
HARRY POTTER TRIVIA BY DJ BEETS ⭐ 3 PM

Single admission tickets are as follows;
$10 Adults ⭐ $5 Kids ⭐ $0 (Under age 5)
BUY TICKETS TO MORE THAN ONE EVENT GET A FREE CUSTOM POPCORN BUCKET (a $5 value and includes FREE refills) AND A COMBO DISCOUNT

There will be some yummy food, Butter Beer, Cider, Popcorn, Lunch Plates, Popcorn and Cupcakes

There will be a Raffle as well for lots of items from Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Mrs. Meyers and much more.

Along with some great vendors get a start on your Christmas Shopping as well.

We recently had to cancel our Hogwarts Banquet due to lack of participation. Anyone who purchased tickets will be receiving a full refund. We are still having a bunch of Harry Potter themed fun for everyone on Sunday October 9th with Mr Drew and His Animals too , a Magic Show and Potter Trivia with DJ Beets. Plus there will be a few vendors and some yummy food.

We are having our "Harry Potter" Weekend October 8th and 9th please see the Events tab for more info there will be a Food Truck and lots of Vendors as well. There will be a Quidditch Tournament followed by a Hogwarts Banquet on Saturday Night and on Sunday Mr. Drew and His Animals Too and a Magic Show.
